We guide in Rio de Janeiro State, specially in the first brazilian National Park created in 1937 – Itatiaia National Park. With its 30000 hectares, the Park protects a rich biodiversity of Atlantic Forest ("Mata Atlântica"), the Altitude Camps and rocky formations. The visit to the Park has two stages: the higher and the lower regions.

The lower area: with heights varying from 800 to 1,600m, has waterfalls and trails to the birdwatchers. The beauty of Atlantic Forest, the giant bamboo and, with some luck, we can search for monkeys, wildcats, jaguars, toucans, butterflies, hummingbirds, snakes, small rodents, etc.

The higher area: also called "Itatiaia´s Plateau", it guards the mountains, different rocky formations and rupicolous vegetation. The access is through the country's highest road that begins at 1,700m of altitude and finishes at 2,500m. A good place to the birdwatchers, where they can search for Black and Gold Cotinga, Diademed Tanager, Blue Manakin, Itatiaia Spinetail and Black-breasted Plovercrest.

We also guide in Penedo's Finnish Colony; Visconde de Mauá Region; Bocaina National Park; Paraty; Angra dos Reis and Big Island, tourist destinations in the south area of Rio de Janeiro State.

And, yes, we guide in Rio city.
